Round table hire
My Event Hire offers a large range of round tables to hire for events, weddings and exhibitions.
Our selection of round tables range from banqueting tables in all standard dimensions and poseur high tables.
We also include conference tables and oval tables in this category.
Our tables can be hired for exhibitions, corporate dinners, functions, weddings as well as that extra Christmas table for when its your turn to host the family.
Round Table Hire
A delivery charge will be applicable depending on location – please ask. The delivery charge covers delivery of the goods, set-up and collection.
A damage waiver fee is available if the hirer does not want to be contractually responsible for damage or loss. Please ask for details. On payment of damage waiver, we will not hold you responsible provided you can prove reasonable care has been taken to prevent damage or loss.
The hirer is liable for the first £500 of any damage or loss as per our Terms & Conditions. Cost of damage waiver is 4% of total hire price excluding V.A.T.

All prices exclude, but are subject V.A.T. These prices are based on the supply of wooden flooring – this will be determined by the type of marquee and how the marquee is to be used.
